Hotel Cannes Centre Univers

Great location near shopping, theater, and beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Small but comfortable rooms. Stained carpet and dated elevator, but overall a decent 4-star hotel option. Tricky parking situation. Price may not fully match the offered amenities.

During my recent stay at Hotel Cannes Centre Univers, I had a fantastic experience. The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, and the rail station. It made it so convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was clean and adequate, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the free use of the safe and the fridge for keeping my drinks cold. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast served on the top floor patio with open air seating. The selection was excellent, with fresh fruit, cheese, toast, and hot drinks. I particularly enjoyed the eggs and bacon, served in a unique bread bin container. The staff at the reception and during breakfast were all superb, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance in English. I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Cannes Centre Univers and would recommend it to others seeking a great location and value for their stay in Cannes.

During my Christmas stay, I was kinda surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. They were very good too ensure that I had a pleasant experience. One of the receptionists, Manuella, was particularly really good with her assistance. The location of the hotel was also a major plus. It was only a short walk away from the main shopping area and the beach, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the city. the rooms were clean and had ample space in the bathroom, providing a comfortable stay.

The only downside I encountered was the issue with the air conditioning in my room. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, the problem was never fully resolved.

I had a fantastic stay! The room had a nice big window, and it was clean and well maintained. The hotel facilities, such as the cafe/lounge and the gym, were very good. The location was super convenient since it was centrally located. It was just a short walk to both the old town and the beach. Plus, this city has great transportation options.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location is fantastic, right in the center. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a beautiful view from the terrace. Reasonable price for all the amenities. Close to the beach and train station.

We had a great experience staying at this luxurious hotel in the center of town. The location was perfect, situated right on the main shopping street and only a short walk from the beach and train station. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and provide information. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. The hotel also offered a range of services including room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Although the bathroom was a bit compact, it was still in excellent condition with all the necessary facilities. Families would particularly appreciate the convenient location and the comfortable rooms.
